After driving around last night for an hour and a few
dozen phone calls this morning, I have completely given up on securing a pampering in any area hotel this weekend. Rather than share a space with someone I decided to head out on my own... I'll be roughing it from here on out:
The first thing I did was secure shelter and set up my sleeping bag.
Next I gathered water from the local spring.
Then I safely lit a fire and settled in to have some breakfast.
Now I can just kick back and enjoy the scenery.
I think I like camping after all!!
